1. Scope
These terms govern use of the Ticino Select website, a brand of Sapima Sagl, and the submission of requests concerning the experiences presented.
2. Role of Ticino Select
Ticino Select operates as a promotion and introduction service. Sapima Sagl collects the request and may forward it to one or more selected operators. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the experience is sold and delivered by the operator, who remains responsible for the service, authorisations, safety and information provided.
The client pays no commission, service fee or surcharge to Ticino Select for research, selection and introduction. Sapima Sagl receives its commission exclusively from registered partners on confirmed bookings.
3. Requests and bookings
Submitting the form is free and non-binding. It is not a booking, a promise of availability or a contract. A contract is formed only when the client accepts the operator's final proposal in accordance with the communicated process.
For team building and company events, Ticino Select may present a coordinated summary of several alternatives. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this remains an indicative proposal: availability, conditions and services are confirmed by the respective operators.
4. Prices and payments
Prices shown on the site before commercial launch are sample prices. Total price, currency, mandatory supplements, payment methods and applicable conditions are communicated before confirmation. Any supplements relating to the experience are set and communicated by the operator and are not Ticino Select commissions. During the initial phase, payments are made directly between client and operator.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Conditions for changes, cancellations, no-shows and refunds are set by the operator and must be communicated to the client before booking. Where possible, Ticino Select facilitates communication but cannot issue refunds for sums collected directly by the operator.
6. Liability
Sapima Sagl is liable for its own acts in accordance with applicable law. It is not liable for the physical performance of the experience by the independent operator, nor for changes due to weather, unavailability, safety or external causes, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Client obligations
The client must provide accurate and complete information, check any age, health, mobility, equipment or participation requirements before confirmation, and inform the operator of relevant needs. The client is responsible for the people for whom the request is made and must be authorised to provide their data.
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy notice, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
Sapima Sagl may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The version applicable to a request is the one published when it is submitted, unless a change is required by law.
10. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions and any compulsory places of jurisdiction provided by law remain unaffected.
