1. Identity and scope
These terms govern use of the website and proposals for private experiences, customised activities and team building offered under the Ticino Select brand by Sapima Sagl, Via Valdani 1, 6830 Chiasso, Switzerland, CHE-411.092.534.
2. Initial request
Submitting the form is not a booking, a promise of availability or an obligation to purchase. It allows us to check the date, define the selected format or prepare a personalised proposal.
3. Proposal and contract
The proposal identifies the experience, date or period, participants, programme, included and excluded services, price, operating conditions, validity period and payment method.
Unless stated otherwise in the proposal, the contract for the experience is concluded with Sapima Sagl when Ticino Select confirms the booking in writing and receives the requested payment or deposit.
4. Prices and payments
Until a format has been validated with all necessary services, no numerical amount is displayed on the website. The price payable by the client is the amount in the accepted Ticino Select proposal before confirmation.
The proposal specifies currency, applicable VAT, mandatory charges, deadlines and payment method. ‘All-inclusive price’ covers only the services listed in the proposal; later requests or changes are quoted separately and must be accepted by the client.
5. Appointed professionals
Ticino Select designs, sells and coordinates the experience. Individual services are delivered by specialised independent professionals selected for the confirmed format. Necessary data is shared with operators for organisation, safety and delivery.
6. Customisation
Changes requested before confirmation are included in an updated proposal. Changes requested later are subject to feasibility, availability and any price difference accepted by the client.
7. Cancellation, weather and safety
Cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, refund and weather-related terms are stated in the individual proposal and take precedence for the purchased experience.
When an activity cannot take place for operational or safety reasons, Ticino Select applies the solutions stated in the proposal and assists the client with rescheduling or any applicable refund.
8. Client obligations
- provide accurate information about participants;
- promptly communicate health, mobility, allergy or other relevant needs;
- respect times, safety instructions and communicated requirements;
- be authorised to share the data of other people involved.
9. Hotels and stays
When accommodation is booked directly with a hotel, that contract remains separate from the experience purchased from Ticino Select. The hotel may present the service or refer its guest, but does not sell the experience on behalf of Ticino Select unless expressly agreed otherwise.
10. Team building and corporate events
A team-building proposal may include activities, venue, materials, catering, transport, logistics and coordination. Programme and price cover only the items expressly listed. The corporate client must accurately communicate participant numbers, dietary needs, accessibility requirements and information necessary for safety.
11. Liability and complaints
Sapima Sagl is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. The client’s mandatory rights remain unaffected. Problems must be reported promptly to info@ticinoselect.ch so that assistance and verification can be provided.
12. Applicable law
Swiss law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights and any compulsory jurisdiction provided by law.
