Nature of the service
Ticino Select is the brand under which Sapima Sagl selects, designs, coordinates and sells private experiences, personalised activities and team building in Ticino. Unless the proposal states otherwise, the contract for the experience or event is concluded with Sapima Sagl.
Individual services are delivered by specialised independent operators, without prejudice to Sapima Sagl’s obligations and the client’s mandatory rights.
Content, prices and availability
Published descriptions illustrate the configuration of each experience. Availability, programme, conditions, mandatory charges and the applicable price are summarised in the proposal before confirmation. An amount is published on the site only once the corresponding format has been validated.
Customisations are described and quoted separately.
Hotels and external links
Accommodation is booked directly with the stated property unless expressly indicated otherwise. Links to hotel and operator websites lead to services independently managed by their respective owners.
Selection and partner mark
Submitting an application does not automatically grant entry to the Ticino Select selection. The ‘Ticino Select Partner’ name and mark may be used only by approved businesses, in accordance with the agreement and brand-use rules. Selection does not make partners employees or representatives of Sapima Sagl.
Intellectual property
Original texts, graphics, brands and content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Partner photography and materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners.
