Locarno can energise an urban, creative format; Ascona offers a more intimate pace for retreats and connection. We use that difference to shape a coherent team day.
How to choose
Locarno suggests its square, cinema, storytelling and movement; Ascona evokes lake, art, wellbeing and intimate conversation. We select one base or connect both only when timing and transfers keep the programme fluid.
Video production, urban mission, collective artwork or food workshop can focus on communication and roles. Moments on the lake, nearby or in the valleys depend on season, weather, access and partner availability.
For a few hours we focus on one objective and activity. A full day may add welcome, lunch, a second module and debrief. For a retreat we assess work and accommodation without naming unconfirmed properties.
We define the base—Locarno, Ascona, hotel or station—and calculate real transfers. For an outdoor programme, conditions, adaptations and an indoor alternative are checked before confirmation.
Ticino Select collects the brief, selects activities, venue and services, checks availability and conditions with the professionals involved and presents one complete proposal. The client confirms and pays Ticino Select; individual services are delivered by the partners named in the proposal.
